Last June my daughter was told that her endometriosis could cause her to be infertile. Yesterday at 2:12 a.m. Bradyen Michael cleared his lungs informingly and announced his presence to the world.
The world eagerly blares messages of hoplessness while, the Lord trumpets victory.
Do not look at circumstances. Look at the promises of God
Jesus looked at them and said, "for human beings this is impossible, but for God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26)
Yesterday, a friend of mine from my Friday prayer group visited my daughter in the hospital. Leigh Ann had never met her before and thought she might have the wrong room. Mary Ann knew she was in the right place and stayed but a moment. She said, "we've prayed for this little guy for so long - I just had to see him."
About two weeks ago, Leigh Ann had been hospitalized for observation due to premature ventricular and auricular contractions. I sent out a clarion call for prayer to every praying friend I knew. The e-mail said, "Leigh Ann never had any heart problems before and I ask you to join me in canceling any attack of Satan against my daughter and my unborn grandson through the authority given us as Jesus' disciples (Luke 10:19) "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. " Join me in praising God for his goodness and mercy and overcoming victory!
Testing didn't uncover any underlying cause of Leigh Ann's out-of-sync palpitations, but they stopped after she was discharged.
"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in their midst." (Matthew 18:20)
Afterwards, my friend, Mari-Lou commented, "didn't we pray for Leigh Ann regarding a heart-shaped uterus before Brayden was conceived? Isn't it interesting that she is having heart feelings just before he is to be born? Almost like quotation marks as our Heavenly Father speaks and knits him together in his mommy's womb."
I also think of the Easter Lily miracle when God healed my heart. What is going on here? So many heart messages of late! So I ask myself, "What is the condition of my heart toward God? Do I believe his promises?
Today we celebrate the risen Lord. Through I Peter 1:18-21 I realize I am ransomed from my futile behaviors and attitudes not by material possessions or by what this world offers, but by the precious blood of Christ as a spotless unblemished lamb. He was known before the foundation of the world and revealed in the final time for us, so that we may believe in God who raised Christ from the dead and give him glory, so that our faith and hope are in God.
There it is. The call to examine the condition of our hearts to believe in the one with the power to bring life from death.
I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live."—John 11:25
Blessings of the risen Lord on all.

I found a blog from a young man who seems like he is in trouble and really needs prayer. If you have time to give him some encouragement, please do. http://grammath.blogspot.com
